A new year and a new direction..

From the beginning of this year I have decided to hang up my emulation gloves so that I can concentrate on other work. I've enjoyed the short time I have been involved with this community and would like to express my warmest thanks to you all for the support and the kind encouragement I have received over the years...

I will leave this resource on DA but will no longer be uploading any new pieces. I would like to invite users to use the items in my gallery in any way you choose and those of you wanting to modify my work, please feel free to do so - the only thing I ask is for a small credit.

I'll drop in from time to time and see what's happening here.

The emulation forums and groups are a fabulous bunch of folk and its been a pleasure to have been part of such a talented crowd....

Hey dude,

In the on-line world people can pretend to be all manner of things: incredibly rich, incredibly endowed in the reproductive department, incredibly good-looking, etc.

There are, however, a few traits people cannot fake:

1. Kindness
2. Humour
3. An open mind
4. Understanding
5. Good GUI modding skills...

From the short time I've gotten to "know" you on various boards, your kindness, sense of humour & constant willingness to help others has always shone through. Being one of those people who never submitted a photo of themselves (tsk, tsk

), I wouldn't be able to recognize you on the street, but the Raats'ian goodwill has been a continuous trait that I won't forget.

I hope life serves you well, Mark. GUI modding will be poorer for your absence, but still richer for you having been here.

Good luck on your projects! Of all the emulation resources available, yours were the most detailed and most realistic not only in functionality but in elegance.

Cheers bro, and I hope you can update us on your other projects or your life endeavours once in a while.

It would be really sad if you leave dA and never come back to say a word.
